Acrylic is a strong and reliable material, but like any item, it can become damaged if dropped, bent, or bumped by other items in a purse or bag. While I take great care in creating your keychain, I’m unable to offer refunds or credits for damage caused after it’s been received. Replacement is available if keychain components are damaged due to shipping. Contact me within 3 days of the delivery, ship the item back for a full replacement.
